The Activity Centre has a number of facilities available for private bookings:

The Lounge is a pleasant space with a gas fireplace, 52″ flat screen TV, several round tables and chairs, and a wet bar for coffee and tea service. Long tables and extra chairs can be provided by prior arrangement. The Lounge will seat up to 40 people at tables and is suitable for meetings, workshops and smaller social gatherings.

The Hall or Gym is used for larger events such as holiday dinner dances, weddings, memorials, public meetings or recreation such as badminton, table tennis, dance and fitness classes. The kitchen can be accessed directly from the hall for larger catered events. The hall stage is used as part of the fitness centre, and is not generally available for rental use unless prior arrangements have been made with the Board.

The kitchen opens to either the hall or the lounge, and can be rented for meal preparation and service. The newly renovated kitchen is small but efficient, and has commercial appliances, ample dishes, cutlery, glassware and basic cooking supplies. A passthrough can be opened to provide food service to the lounge.

The office can be rented for occasional or weekly use, by the half day. Please inquire with the booking agent for more information.
